Summer 2021: We Anticipate Opening the First Week of June

We are anticipating that we could be open by June 9 for the summer 2021 season. The berries are already looking full and juicy (as you can see in the photo taken on May5). Hours will be the same this year—Wednesday through Sundays from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. Prices will remain the same too—$15 per gallon bucket. (We provide buckets--that's part of the deal) Remember, if you visit with small children to keep an eye on them. Stay hydrated---and feel free to bring a picnic and enjoy the quiet. Call with any questions.

Great plants, a few have been overrun by vines, though. We went out there this morning and spent two hours picking about 10lbs of berries. Next weekend will probably be a much better time to pick...LOTS of berries just now ripening. Don’t forget your bug spray, and watch out for the fire ant mounds. Otherwise, a whole lot of fun, and Mr. Lyon is a real treat! Seghers Pickard
